Our story began in 1998, when a group of IT professionals, driven by their passion for what they did, decided to turn a challenge into an opportunity.
The group's trajectory gained a new impetus when a specialized project demanded the quick assembly of a highly qualified IT team. The success in organizing this operation and solving the proposed technical challenge has become the catalyst for the group to seek a new business model, focused on the excellence of end-to-end delivery..
Thus, 21 professionals came together to create CooperSystem — an IT cooperative based in Brasília.
It was a challenging start, but the cooperative principles were already in the DNA of the founders: democratic management, economic participation, autonomy and interest in the community.
On August 25, 1998, CooperSytem Cooperativa de Trabalho was officially born!
Since then, we have continued to grow and consolidate our performance in the IT market, with a focus on innovation, excellence and quality in deliveries.
And the most inspiring thing is that some of our founders remain active until today, contributing with the same dedication and enthusiasm that gave rise to this successful trajectory.
